White sesame day!
When my husband want me cook sesame ball to him today👅, I have a sudden idea👀, why we only have white sesame ball but never have black sesame ball❤?
I want have a try but next time...
Cos I realize that when you fry to black sesame, you can't recognize when the balls are cooked.🍳🍴
How to cook the lovely sesame ball?
✅1 step:
Prepare white glutinous rice flour 80g,
then put 45g sugar into 105g water then boil it.
✅2 step:
mixing flour with sugar water to make the dough, if it too soft and stick, putting 20g flour to mix again. kneading the dough until it have smooth surface.
✅3 step:
Spreading the flour on board and put 1/3 red bean paste, then cutting it to 18 little pieces and rolling the to become balls.
✅4 step:
Adding 2g oil to the dough mix and waiting the dough for 30mins, rolling the dough to a long piece and cutting it to 7 small segments.
✅5 step:
Pressing the segment dough middle down and put the red bean ball inside, then rolling it to small white ball.
✅6 step:
Preparing one bowl of flour water and one bowl of white sesame.
✅7 step:
Putting white ball into flour water to wet it and then putting into sesame bowl to stick on the white sesame all around the ball.
✅8 step:
heating the Vegetable oil to 120 degree, keeping use the small fire to fry half of them, use spoon or chopsticks to Keep stirring them, In case them stick together.
✅9 step:
Waiting for them turn into yellow gold color.
✅10 step:
Then take them out and put into plate, done!
⏰Super lovely and beautiful white sesame ball is done, 🐵the little prince is soooooooooooo greedy for it,how poor the cat is, cos it smells so good! Lol~
